The fine print

What we're not hiding.

Revenue split

70/30 to creator after COGS. You set the retail price; we take a fixed cut of margin, not gross.

Who owns the customer

You do. You get the customer email and the right to remarket. KOAN handles fulfillment, not your CRM.

Design ownership

You retain the IP on your designs. KOAN gets a non-exclusive license to produce and ship.

Minimums

None. Every KOAN is sublimated to order. No inventory risk for you, ever.

Payouts

Weekly via Stripe Connect. First payout 14 days after your first sale clears.
